Pronto Business Analyst / Administrator (4GL)
A leader in the Australian forklift industry, MLA Holdings Pty Ltd is the exclusive Australian importer and distributor of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks and Vulcan Container Handlers and Heavy Forklift Trucks.
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, we are seeking an experienced Pronto Business Analyst with 4GL experience. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of an upcoming Pronto upgrade project from 670.8 to 750.2 on Pronto Cloud.
Working closely with the software vendor and business stakeholders, the position will involve identifying business processes, testing, documentation, development/upgrade of existing customisations & 4GL programs, and training of users, to ensure all processes work as required in the upgraded version.
You will also be involved in identifying and developing additional custom reports to suit business needs, as well as providing Pronto administrator support for approximately 100 users.
The successful candidate must have:
Previous Business Analyst / Project Manager experience leading implementations or upgrades to Pronto Xi 710+
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving ability
Analytical skills in identifying areas for business improvement
Good working knowledge of Pronto modules – GL, FA, AR, AP, HR/Payroll, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Projects, Rental, Service & Service Mobility
Understanding of accounting and Pronto G/L setup – master chart, G/L accounts, special accounts, branch/territory mapping, warehouses, item groups
Pronto report development & customisations – BI/Cognos, dashboards, KPI reports, data intelligence, SQL reports, 4GL development, screen customisations, alert/task intelligence
Pronto administration – user accounts, roles & security, major function flags, system modules & functions, printer/layout configuration, TrueForm configuration & design
This position is being offered initially as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. A competitive remuneration package will be offered depending on skills & experience.
